As these items are branded uniquely for you or the club, they are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable. Please select your garment carefully. If you are having difficulty, please contact us and we will help as best we can. We appreciate that mistakes do happen and we will work with you to find the best outcome.

2. Exception: Faulty or Defective Items:
If the error is at our end due to garment quality or print error, we will gladly replace the garment with urgency.

3. Reporting Faulty or Defective Items:
If you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us within 7 days. When reporting your problem please provide your order number, a description of the issue and photos if possible. We will guide you through the necessary steps to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
